The staff is very attentive, I especially want to mention my curator and now my friend Olya, who helped in everything, was always present at all procedures. My smile with new teeth is such a joy. Doctors are qualified and very attentive to details. Which is especially important when you're older. Good hotel in a convenient location. In general, even on my extremely picky character, I put a solid five.

The medical team was efficient but the language barrier means that there is little to no communication with them. All communication is via the marketing/ contact person who, of course, cannot be with you during the entire day of the procedure. I think it would be helpful for all patients to receive a written breakdown of the day and follow-up day, prior to arriving at the clinic to help them to mentally prepare themselves but also to better understand what to expect during, and also in the days and weeks following the procedure.

An ultimate top class experience. Nothing short of a superb job. The service is worth every penny spent. From planning and accommodating to executing the trip and the procedure. Doctors and staff are friendly and caring. I am extremely please with the implantation and the outcome. 10/10 would recommend this clinic.
